A Certified Health Coach and Macro Coach! I spent my teens and early twenties with various eating disorders and a terrible relationship with my body and food. I looked to restrictive diets, quick fix diet pills, and worked out for hours in the gym and never found the happiness I was looking for.

At one point, I reached the elusive “goal weight” and looked amazing in a bikini and realized I still wasn't happy. I was eating very little, over training, and picking apart my body in the mirror. One day I woke up and asked myself, “Do I want to be doing this when I’m in my 50’s, 60’s, 70’s? I knew there had to be a better way! 

After putting in the work to change my mindset around my body and food, it is my PASSION to take other women on this same journey to food freedom and LOVING their body.
